Angostura bitters is a concentrated liquid made of herbs and spices which is used in food and drinks. The name is the trademark of the angostura company in Trinidad and Tobago. It is an ingredient in many cocktails and a bar is not complete without it. The Angostura Tobago sail week which shares the name is the sail race which takes place in Tobago every year. The regatta provides racing for different levels from Racing Class to Racer Cruise to Charter Class. This competition attracts a lot of participants.
